About 2019 Ford Escape
SYNC 3 and FordPass Connect, formerly SYNC Connect, are standard on Escape SE, while a unique seating material is standard on SEL. Intelligent Access with push-button start and remote start are standard on SE, as is one-touch up or down front and rear power windows.
Options for the 2019 Escape SE include black roof rack side rails. SE and SEL customers can choose from an assortment of updated packages, including a Roof Package and a Sport Appearance or Sport Appearance Plus Package.
A Safe and Smart Plus Package is optional for SE, SEL and Titanium customers. Panoramic Vista Roof is available on SE and SEL models as part of a package, and is available as a standalone option for Titanium.
The 2019 Escape continues to offer popular features such as a hands-free power liftgate, three powertrain options, and a host of driver-assist technologies, including enhanced active park assist and reverse sensing. New colors for 2019: Agate Black, Baltic Sea Green, and Sedona Orange.
The Ford Escape has the Auto Start/Stop technology as standard with either of two EcoBoost engines -- a 1.5-liter EcoBoost and a 2.0-liter twin-scroll turbocharged EcoBoost. Auto Start/Stop technology shuts off the engine during common stops, so the vehicle burns no gas and emits zero tailpipe emissions. Base models are powered by a 2.5-liter i-VCT four-cylinder engine.
Fold down both rear seat backs for a flat load surface and 68 cu.-ft. of total cargo space. Or fold down one of the 60/40 split rear seat backs and still have room for one or two passengers.
The Intelligent 4WD System continuously monitors traction and road conditions every 16 milliseconds. It can transfer torque from front wheels to rear wheels as needed to ensure a precise blend of handling and traction at all times.
